First, ensure your username is correct and the bot accounts have been added for 48+ hours (use /friends + your username). If everything checks out, the bots may be overloaded. Your order will be resent manually.
- I made a purchase with the wrong username, what now?
Your order will be refunded as credit to your account for future use.
- I haven’t had the bots added for 48 hours, what now?
Your order will be refunded as credit and can be used once your accounts are properly added.
- The skin I purchased is no longer in the shop, what now?
You’ll be refunded as credit on the website for future purchases.
- How long does delivery take for V-Bucks / Pre-Loaded Account / Battle Pass?
Manual deliveries can take up to 48 hours. If it's been more than that, please contact us.
VBS.AR
- How does it work?
We offer Fortnite shop skins delivered directly from our bot accounts. You must have the bots added as friends for at least 48 hours to receive your purchase.
- How is it different from VBUCKS.AR?
Unlike VBUCKS.AR, which uses secure V-Bucks methods, VBS.AR relies on techniques that in the past have caused issues such as revoked V-Bucks or removed skins. While cheaper, it comes with higher risk. However, this method has been used for 5 months without problems.
- How do I add the bots?
Go to https://vbs.ar and enter your Fortnite username. Our bots will automatically send friend requests.
- I didn’t receive my skin, what should I do?
Make sure your username was entered correctly and the bots have been added for at least 48 hours (use /friends + your username to check). If everything is fine, your order will be resent manually due to possible delays.
- The skin I bought is no longer in the shop, what now?
The value will be refunded as site credit, which you can use for a future purchase.
- I entered the wrong username, what now?
Your order will be refunded as credit to your account so you can place it again using the correct username.
- I haven’t had the bots added for 48 hours, what now?
Your order will be refunded as credit and can be used once your accounts are properly added.
- Do you offer a warranty?
No. Purchases made through VBS.AR do not include warranty due to the nature of the methods used.

- How does it work?
We purchase your Roblox gamepass so the Robux are delivered directly to your account. The funds will appear as pending for 5 to 7 days according to Roblox's policies.
- Is it safe?
